Breakout groups

This would benefit the user in following ways
Justification:
Particularly useful in Education: the teacher (host) would be able to divide the 'class' into groups on/off during the meeting & so simulate a real classroom environment. For example, the teacher wants one pair of students to work on / discuss one document while another pair work on a different document. The teacher then brings the pairs / groups back together to discuss as one class/group. Basically, a facility to divide up the class & allow the divisions to work on & discuss files/documents independant of each other.
