Scenario:
Presenter got kicked out of meeting because of network glitch at his end.
He rejoined the meeting but as an attendee (usability issue).
Then went back and clicked on Start Meeting - thereby joining the meeting as Presenter successfully.

New scenario:
When presenter got kicked out of meeting the message should have a URL for rejoining as presenter.
One click - back in meeting.
