Viewing Slides or PDFs

Everyone was able to view the PPTs, but the text on the slides was not crisp through Citrix. Viewing the presentation on the LAN, the text was very clear and crisp. I have attached images of the difference through Citrix.

 

Sharing the computer screen

This is where we started having all sorts of issues.

Citrix through the internet showed the screen for a few seconds but then faded to black or white and did not come back up

Citrix through the LAN and Air card shoed the screen, but then would start flickering to black or white every few seconds.

Those going through just the regular internet and no Citrix did not have any issues.
