User gets "Cobrowsing server wasn't able to process your request." message.

1. Go to http://www.specialquest.org/
2. Click on Enter Site
3. Under Resources select "training library"
4. Select search sessions
5. Select any of the phrases and then click on search
6. When you do this last step you receive an error message about "cobrowsing".

1) We need to find out why does it fail?
2) Also need to improve the error message so that users can understand why we are not able to share that web page.
