DCS behind nginx
DMS - PMGR not available

1) In case the DCS is misconfigured to a non-existent DMS-PMGR - list documents call times out.
2) In standalone DCS - the meeting starts after a long time (about a minute)
3) But when DCS is behind nginx - the meeting fails to start completely.
4) This may be because of the nginx conf of timeouts.
expected
1) Meeting should start in time
2) Logs should clearly indicate dms call failed
3) I would like a dcs queryhealth - which indicates "Normal" or "Critical" in case any server to server call fails.

In case - of a Misconfig - DMS is not correctly configured - listDocuments call during meeting start times out which causes meeting start to fail
